課程概述

The course is designed to help you understand major theories and issues concerning the information systems (IS) project/program/portfolio implementation and management. We approach IS implementation management at the “project”, “program”, and “portfolio” level of analysis, focusing on project/program/portfolio structures, processes, team members, and how they interact with their social environments (e.g., organizations, stakeholders, competitors). The course should inform your understanding of IS project/program/portfolio management by integrating relevant theories from the Management, Project Management, and Information Systems (IS) literatures and by demonstrating the application of these theories in IS project/program/portfolio research.
